New Naratif offers quality research and journalism (including, but not limited to, articles, videos, podcasts, and comics) on its website (www.newnaratif.com – the Website) and other digital and non-digital channels (the Service). The Service is available to anyone who takes out membership (hereinafter Membership), and those who have a membership (hereinafter a Member or Members). As a member you get unlimited access to the Service. Non-members can view the content only as members or correspondents share with them.
You can request a membership via the Website and get full access to the Service. You are responsible for managing your credentials. If you lose your data or become aware any unauthorised use of your password or account identifiers by others, let us know immediately.
By signing up for Membership, you agree that:
(i) your account and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access the Website;
(ii) you will not create Memberships for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor will you seek to pass yourself off as another user.
Upon successful application for Membership, you can login with your own password and can make full use of the Service. Membership is intended for personal and non-commercial use.
After you apply for a Membership, you will automatically receive a confirmation email (please note your spam folder). New Naratif has the right to change the price of Membership, but will inform Members of this and raise the possibility of terminating Membership at any price increase. Payment must be made via the online payment service. When you apply for Membership, you will be given a choice to pay monthly or annually. If you pay per month, the membership fee will be charged monthly at the current rate. If you pay per year, the membership fee is charged annually at the current rate. If the payment period is exceeded, New Naratif has the right to cancel Membership and suspend access to the Service.
Membership is entered into indefinitely. You can cancel your membership at any time by sending us an e-mail (please include the email address you registered with). If you pay per month, the Membership will terminate on the last day of that monthly period. A monthly period runs from the day you joined up to the same day the following month. If you pay per year, the Membership will terminate on the last day of that annual period. An annual period runs from the day you joined up to the same day the following year. We regret that you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your membership period.
If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your Membership immediately and without prior notice. We may terminate your Membership, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the email address you have registered stating that your Membership has terminated.
Gift memberships and trial memberships are not automatically renewed.
New Naratif is not liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of the use of the Service. You acknowledge that New Naratif is an authorial medium which (consequently) includes subjective information. Although New Naratif endeavours to provide accurate and quality information, we cannot guarantee that information provided through the Service is accurate. New Naratif is not liable for the consequences of such (possible) inaccuracies. We will not be liable for any loss caused as a result of your doing, or not doing, anything as a result of viewing, reading or listening to the Service or any part of it.
We give no warranties of any kind concerning the website. In particular, we do not warrant that the website or any of its content is virus free. You must take your own precautions in this respect as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything which has destructive properties.
