Based in Jakarta, Iskandar Salim has been drawing since childhood. He is the creator behind Komik Faktap, a highly popular Indonesian web-comic series known for its incisive commentary on pop culture and socio-political issues alike. He spends most of his time dwelling in his man cave, watching movies, playing the guitar, and talking to his collection of action figures, much to the annoyance of his wife.
